Connecting your business tools: integrations for small companies

Many small businesses run on several tools that do not talk to each other: an online store, an accounting program, a customer list, a calendar. The result is that somebody has to retype the same information in two or three places, which is slow and easy to get wrong.

An integration connects two tools so that data moves between them automatically. An order placed in your shop can reach your invoicing program, a new contact can appear in your customer list and a change of stock can update every sales channel without anyone typing it in.

Not every tool allows the same things. Some provide a rich programming interface, others let you read data but not write it, and some only exchange files. The first step is always to check what each one permits, so that we propose a connection that can really be built.

A well-made integration is also monitored. It keeps a record of what it synchronised, warns you if something fails and lets you resend what did not arrive. That way the connection does not stop quietly while your data drifts apart.

If you have tools that should be working together, send us their names through the form. We will look at which connections are feasible and which would save your team the most manual work.
