Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is "Jose Ramon Almenar Serrano", tax ID (NIF) "44861043A", with address at "AP 133, 28760, Tres Cantos, Madrid, España". Email: [email protected].
2. What data we process
What you give us in the contact form: your name and email address; your phone number, company and approximate budget (all optional); the type of project and a description of what you need. We ask for no more than we need to assess your request.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To handle your request: reading it, contacting you to define the scope and sending a quote if it suits you. This is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To provide the service, if you hire us: building the solution and staying in touch with you about it (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Invoicing and tax and accounting obligations, if you hire us (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Site usage statistics, anonymous and cookie-free (see the cookie policy).
You accept this policy by ticking the box on the form; we keep a record of the date and time you did so.
4. How long we keep it
Your data is kept and deleted in line with applicable data protection law (GDPR).
5. Who we share it with
We don’t share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. To provide the service we use providers that access it as data processors:
- Cloudflare, which provides the site’s network and security services.
- An email provider, to send you messages.
- Our own servers, where the contact form data and the anonymous usage statistics are stored.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, restrict it and request portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. If you believe we haven’t handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
